I can't say that I dislike any of the 4 presidential candidates. I don't know much about politics and am not that interested even. But the one cadidate I liked from the very start, was Dr Tan Cheng Bock. He came across as the most genuine of all 4 candidates.
I voted for him. And I was disappointed to find that he had lost by just 0.34 percent... that's about 7k votes only.

I voted for Dr Tan Cheng Bock too!
ReplyDeleteWas thinking why more people chose Tony Tan. He was the last to join the presidential election and it seems to me that he didn't join it at his own will, hence the last min decision to contest. So unsincere!
And i agree that if the election is between Tony Tan and Tan Cheng Bock, the latter might just win by a huge margin!
Oh well, it's over now. I got a president that i don't really like for the next 6 years. Hopefully he will really do something that can win over those that didn't vote for him.
