Rocking the 80s Look - with Granny's Day Out!

I did a shoot a couple weeks ago with Granny's Day Out. They're a vintage store at Peninsular Shopping Centre ( very close to City Hall MRT). 

I've never worn real vintage clothes ... until that day! OMG what a treat! 

Granny's Day Out sources for original vintage clothes and accessories (jewellery, bags, shoes, etc!) from all over the world.. One thing that strikes me about vintage clothes, is that they may be older than most of us, but they were made to last. The quality is so good, you can feel and see it in the fabric and the cut.

The dresses I wore were from the 80s ( the decade I was born!) and they were party style! 80s dresses feature prints, ruffles, luxurious drapes, and floral patterns. I love the 80s style-  from casual wear for day to cocktail and prom dresses for night, their dresses are always bold and chic.
